RICHLAND, Wash. - James Dean Cloud and Donovan Quinn Carter Cloud appeared in court today for their arraignment. Both of the Cloud's were arrested as suspects for the White Swan shooting that happened in June. In court today, James Cloud, 35 pleaded not guilty for carjacking, two counts of brandishing of a firearm in furtherance of a crime, kidnapping and assault with a dangerous weapon.
