Visitors to Alameda Point have been surprised to find a whale swimming in Seaplane Lagoon. The animal was first spotted on May 26, according to the Sausalito-based Marine Mammal Center. That victim has not yet been identified pending notification of the family. There was some confusion over whether there was a passenger in the plane. “We have heard conflicting stories about whether there were supposed to be one or two people on the plane.
