In conjunction with the Pratt Manhattan Gallery exhibition Ambiguous Territory: Architecture, Landscape and the Post-Natural, this event will address the relationship between the built and the natural environment in the Anthropocene, a new epoch where humans have been displaced from a place of privilege, and traditional distinctions between nature and culture have eroded.
The exhibition is curated by Cathryn Dwyre-Perry , Chris Perry , David Salomon , and Kathy Velikov , and organized by the A. Alfred Taubman College of Architecture and Urban Planning, University of Michigan.
