An East Texas man suspected of stealing archery equipment from a local 4-H club over Thanksgiving weekend in 2016 has been captured. According to the Game Warden's Office, Billy Bob Willingham, 24, of Tyler, was caught at Lake Tyler on Sunday. According to the victims, Willingham allegedly stole 19 bows total, including; 13 Genesis, two plastic ones for younger children, an Eastman Recurve, Sarrels Blueridge, Bob Lee Hunter Takedown Recurve and an October Mountain Products Explorer 2.0 Recurve.
