In a recent video, I talked about how Zoom used the word "backslash" instead of "slash" when writing copy for their radio spots. And how I tried to get to the marketing department to wave them off doing that. And a further issue with the Uninstall Zoom command and it's placement in a precarious place. I have to say...I was gobsmacked when they listened on both counts.
