Seasoned Grill Salmon with Fettuccini
4 oz whole wheat fettuccini (1 box)
1/2 cup sun dried tomato (or vegetable of your choice)
1 1/2 TBS extra virgin olive oil
1 TSP minced garlic
1 TBS chopped green onions
Cracked black pepper
Add sun dried tomatoes.
Return pasta and vegetable mixture to pan.
Stir in olive oil, minced garlic, green onions and flaked salmon.
Add parmesan cheese, toss to coat pasta.
Season to taste with salt and cracked pepper.
