WHY? They may come up with some surprisingly good ideas. Yet best of all, it will encourage them to become problem solvers rather than rushing to you with every small issue.
HOW? Identify areas that you know need addressing â a low add-on rate, misplaced repair tickets, shrinking margins â and ask them for solutions, or turn it over to them: What do they think could be improved in your store?
