HR Generalist Role:
Responsibilities include:
Processes payroll changes using a computerized system.
Processes background/criminal history checks.
Provides clerical and operational support to other human resource staff.
Maintains a high level of confidentiality of all employee records and information.
Maintains, updates and distributes the employee phone list.
Ensures compliance with USCIS Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification
Performs periodic audits on Forms I-9.
Reviews applications, prescreens/interviews in an effort to assist with recruitment tasks as needed
Conducts new-hire orientation.
College degree preferred
Must be a critical thinker and able to build positive relationships
