ROCHESTER (WGME) -- Police are asking for the public's help in finding the driver of a car that struck a Rochester woman Friday night, sending her to the hospital. Rochester Police said around 9:30 p. m. Friday on Farmington Road near the Steak and Grill, Shawna Ducharme, 36, was walking along the shoulder and the road on the northbound side when she was struck by a vehicle.
