Next year, the fourth graders at Cullins-Lake Pointe will go to Camp Grady Spruce. They brainstormed some ways to raise money for camp, and to offset the cost, they decided to have some fun dress up days for sale. Any student or teacher can participate by paying 50 cents.
“I wanted all my students to be able to participate in fun days,” said Kerrie Eyeman, a fourth-grade teacher at Cullins. “I asked for seven parents to donate $8.50, so that everyone in our class could participate. We had an overwhelming response, raising more than $100.”
