Heather McCarty joined the City of Gulfport in February of 2002 Heather started as a Deputy Court Clerk I and assisted the Warrants Dept. with the collection of outstanding fines and warrants. Throughout the years, Heather has been responsible for jail arraignments, warrants, court arraignments and trials. She is an expert on bail bonding and serves as the primary liaison between the jail and court.
