On Tuesday, May 7, Councilman Donovan Richards led an informal session to discuss the controversial housing development slated for the land that once held Peninsula Hospital. Members from Arker Companies, the developer of the proposed project spoke to the community and updated them on the changes they've made since their meeting in January. As of May 6, Arker is certified to begin the ULURP (Uniformed Land Use Procedure) process.
