Pass To Play 2018: A Community Sports Physicals Event for Bay Area Youth

“Pass To Play” Event Offers Sports Physicals To Bay Area Youth
Bay Area student athletes participating in the event will receive their pre-participation evaluation and optional baseline concussion screening from MOS' sports medicine specialists.
All proceeds from this event are donated back to the students' school athletic programs, and a copy of the exam will be sent to each student athlete's personal physician. Plus, select vendors will be on hand throughout the event with giveaways for participants. To date, MOS has donated more than $26,000 back to area athletic programs.
MOS will be videotaping the public areas of the event to use for social media and future event promotion. If you do not want footage of your athlete used please let us know on the day of the event.
Pass To Play: A Community Sports Physicals Event for Bay Area Youths was created to help make sports participation safe by offering students an economical pre-participation evaluation performed by the orthopedists and sports medicine specialists at Muir Orthopaedic Specialists (MOS).
MOS offers Pass To Play as part of their active involvement in local student athletics. Several MOS physicians serve as doctors and medical advisors to Bay Area sports teams at the youth, high school, college and professional levels. Learn more at muirortho.com/local-partnerships.
