With everything on his plate, Joe still squeezes in his workouts at the YMCA three times a week Encouraged by his friends, Joe began coming to the YMCA a couple years ago. Now, he incorporates a mix of strength and cardio routines throughout his week, including squats, planks, and throw downs.
