CLIFTON (WGME) -- State Police say a Clifton man has been arrested and charged with murder in connection with the death of his girlfriend. Detectives have charged 37-year-old Dwight Osgood Jr. with the murder of 35-year-old Kerry Dill. Dill was found shot to death Monday morning at the home the two had shared for four years.
