One person dies in single vehicle crash in Ephrata
EPHRATA, Lancaster County, Pa. -- Ephrata Police said that the driver of the vehicle, an 18-year old man, from Ephrata, is dead. They also said they crash happened on N. State St., near Valley View Dr. According to police, the driver went off the road into Coover Run creek. A towing company pulled the car from the creek.

The driver, who was pronounced dead at the scene, was identified as 18-year-old Lucien Theberge of Quincy, Massachusetts. The 16-year-old passenger was seriously injured. The crash happened just before 6:30 this morning on I-93.
