November is an exciting time for Heart of Adoptions. It’s National Adoption Month. This month was filled with events, give aways, and “Thank you’s” to all the adoption support we have in the community. We want to take a minute look back on what has occurred during this exciting month.
We kicked of the month by attending New Life Solutions Celebrate Life benefit dinner! Such a great organization! A packed house learned about the amazing way they serve women and families in the community.
The 9th was World Adoption Day! The staff celebrated with pictures of smiley faces on our hands, which is the symbol for World Adoption Day. Twenty to twenty-five kiddos had their finalization hearings to join their forever family! Heart of Adoptions was happy to participate. We also donated small gifts to go in the kid’s goodie bags. Heart shaped stickers, tattoos, and crafts, as well as silly straws and candy. Who wouldn’t want that?
Our main office building in Tampa got all dressed up for National Adoption Month. It started with our National Adoption Month banner, and on the 17th we covered our building with hearts. One hundred and fifty-five hearts personalized with each child’s first name to represent the one hundred and fifty-five completed adoptions we had last year. There were balloons and the staff was all decked out with…
