Directions: First, in a microwaveable bowl, microwave and stir occasionally: the cream cheese, celery, and hot sauce until completely smooth. Then combine the diced chicken and 1 to 2 cups of cheddar cheese into the cream cheese bowl. Pour into 9×13 baking dish and top with left over cheese. Bake at 300 degrees until melted and bubbling a little. Using foil will help keep the cheese from browning.
