The number of forcibly displaced people today is almost 66 million. Some 22 million of them are refugees, of which 54 percent come from Afghanistan, Somalia, and Syria. Eighty percent of forcibly displaced people are in Africa.
How lucky are we at Immanuel to have folks of all different ages in our community! Our youngest was born last week—congrats to Joe and Lynn—and then there are those of us who are a little older!
