Biddeford Denny's to open in late summer
BIDDEFORD — Denny's fans will have to wait a little longer to order a Grand Slam breakfast, as plans to open the restaurant have been delayed. Plans have been in the works for more than six months to open a Denny's restaurant at 45 Boulder Way. The building is the site of a former Ruby Tuesday restaurant and has been vacant since August 2016. Earlier this year, a spokesman from the diner chain said the restaurant was expected to open in May or June, however the opening date has been postponed. Spokesman Paul Spencer said in an email on Thursday there is no exact opening date, but the company expects to open the restaurant in the third quarter, sometime between July and September.
