Webster, N. Y. (WHAM) - Webster Police and State Police are investigating a crash that happened on Holt Road Friday evening. Police say around 6 p. m. a vehicle rear-ended a U-Haul at Shoemaker and Holt Roads. Three people were injured; it is unclear how severe those injuries are. Police say the crash was not fatal. Holt Road was closed for a period of time while police investigated the scene.

It was a powerful moment that brought many people to tears. A walk inside University Medical Center honored a young man’s selfless choice to donate his organs. Police said 18-year-old Michael Sigler was killed in a motorcycle crash that was caused by another young driver’s mistake. HASTINGS, Neb. (AP) — A lightning strike at a Nebraska fertilizer plant set off a large fire that injured three truck drivers sleeping in the parking lot and destroyed the unoccupied factory, officials said Friday.

WILLIAMSTOWN, Ky. (AP) — In the Bible, the ark survived an epic flood. Yet the owners of Kentucky's Noah's ark attraction are demanding their insurance company bail them out after flooding caused nearly $1 million in property damage.
The Ark Encounter says in a federal lawsuit that heavy rains in 2017 and 2018 caused a landslide on its access road. The Courier Journal reports the attraction's insurance carriers refused to cover the damage.
