The FDA has recalled two thyroid medications due to risks of contamination or "adulteration."The medications, Levothyroxine and Liothyronine, are being recalled in their tablet form in the 15 mg, 30 mg, 60 mg, 90 mg and 120 mg dosages.
A three-judge panel of the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled in May that Portland police conducted a bad search of the car Mark Patrick Johnson was driving during a traffic stop. The panel reversed Johnson's conviction for drug distribution. But two of the judges on the panel cited concerns about their own decision.
