2. Cook Riceland Boil-in-Bag Brown Rice according to package directions.
3. Stir peanut butter, applesauce, honey and egg together in a bowl; add rice, garbanzo bean flour, oats, dried cranberries, coconut, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, baking powder and ground cinnamon and stir until combined.
4. Spread dough evenly in prepared pie pan. Bake 20 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
