CARBONDALE, Ill. — The 20th annual SIH/SIU Health Policy Institute, “Beyond Stigma: Developing Workable Behavioral Health Policies,” is May 17 at SIU Carbondale’s Hiram H. Lesar Law Building Auditorium

The commencement ceremony for 76 graduates is at 3 p.m. in Shryock Auditorium. Chancellor John M. Dunn will confer degrees at the ceremony led by Cindy Buys, School of Law interim dean.
